Is this data legal to use?
Yes. UK planning applications are public record by law (Town and Country Planning Act 1990). Every council publishes this data on their own website — we aggregate and filter it for you. Same data your surveyor, estate agent and local newspaper already have access to.
Which areas do you cover?
Currently Solihull, Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Warwick, Lichfield, Bromsgrove & Redditch, and Stafford. Approximately 1.5 million West Midlands residents. Email us if your area isn't covered — if enough trades in your postcode ask, we prioritise it.
How many leads will I actually get per week?
Depends on the postcode radius you pick. A specific postcode (e.g. B91) typically gets 1–3 per week. A broader 2-letter prefix (e.g. "WV" or "B") gets 5–15. A general builder covering all West Midlands gets 15–30 per fortnight.
What if I get zero leads one week?
Some weeks are quieter (Christmas, August). If you get zero leads in 4 consecutive weeks we refund the month. No forms, no calls — just email us.
How do I cancel?
